textile flower sculpture

I done this textile piece a while ago now. To make it I was inspire by calla lilies because they were'nt the 'typical flower shape', I found them really interesting.
When Making this piece I created all the flowers and leaves from felt. I really struggled with the scructure and composition of this piece so in the end I attatched all the flowers to a piece of drift wood I found at the beach, and made it into a 3D sculpture. Think it worked well.
